We hosted over a 100 customers at Ignite Live 2020 in Mumbai, India on 12 February 2020. In a day long engagement, we had sessions on emerging trends and opportunities in the Indian credit market and presentations on Equifax’s global solutions for India - Ignite and Luminate. We also had panel discussions by industry leaders on the evolving lending landscape, using data for better decisioning and targeting the right customer in mass market lending.
"Equifax is a great partner and a good advisor. Ignite is a powerful concept - being able to bring your own data to bureau data and do analysis is a self service manner and take it all the way to execution - is something we're looking forward to exploring." - Mr Balaji Narayanamurthy - President, Head of Business Intelligence Unit, Axis Bank ( Axis Bank is amongst the top 5 Indian private banks)
"The Equifax team's ability to solve for specific requirements is appreciated. Today's sessions were interesting and it was great to meet with community solving for lending in India." - Gowri Mukerjee, Co-founder, Credit Mantri (Credit Mantri provides individuals with credit score analysis and credit improvement program.)
"The sessions were very informative and well curated. I personally found the session by David Ferber on the platform for actionable analytics interesting. “Both Ignite and Luminate will be available in India soon and customers were very interested in the use cases and how we're enhancing these solutions,” said Shahid Charania, Managing Director for Emerging Markets. “India is a key focus market for Equifax. We have multiple data assets in the country - consumer, commercial, microfinance and employment and are creating innovative solutions that address diverse customer needs."
“We view India as a strategic market for Equifax, one we are investing in,” said Mark Begor, CEO. “India will actually be the first country and market that has our data via the data fabric in the cloud with Google.”
