Santhosh has over 20 years of rich experience in handling end to end legal operations of a Multinational Company. He has proven track record of successfully providing end to end legal solutions for various complex corporate matters including but not limited to Cross border Contracts, Merger and Acquisition, Intellectual Property, real estate matters, litigation etc.

Prior to joining Equifax, he was Heading Legal department and was responsible for global legal operations both in Ittiam Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Tata Elxsi Ltd.

Santhosh has rare combination of professional experience in banking, insurance and IT sector. He has worked with Karnataka Bank Ltd., and ICICI Lombard GIC in past.

He holds Master degree in Intellectual Property Law and Technology Law.
